Your order will be canceled if were unavailable at the time of delivery or have failed to collect your order from stc store:

• 4 days cancellations for unpaid orders
• 8 days cancellation of paid order

Online paid amounts will be refunded automatically to your credit/debit card (5 working days from order cancellation date).

The following documents should be present at the time of order, delivery:

1. Bahraini National: Valid CPR (Smart Card ID)
2. GCC National: Valid GCC ID, valid passport, proof of residence, proof of occupation in Bahrain – 3 months validity
3. Other nationalities: valid CPR (Smart Card ID) and a clear copy of the Passport.
